We purchased our two refurbished investment properties through Landmark Investments early in 1999. One in Hawthorn and one in Glen Iris.
These are two bedroom apartments and have been tenanted since soon after settlement, by the same tenants.

I had just finished reading Robert Kiyosaki’s book “Retire Young, Retire Rich.” Having paid off my house some years earlier I had been basking in the feeling of being debt free and happily spending what previously went on the mortgage.
The leaflet promoting the Landmark Investments Educational Seminar arrived at just the right time. My wife Kathy and I went along and were impressed with Landmark’s forthright and open presentation moreover the absence of any “hard sell.” After the seminar we made an appointment to talk further. Despite being from Adelaide, our Investment Consultant, Ben Livera turned out to be a really nice guy, very diligent and reliable in following through on his word.
So we continued with the program, “Shrek” (editor’s note: Franc Brogno) showed us some properties and we signed up for his favorite “one of the funkiest pads in town” in St Kilda. We then met Mario Pizarro – the MD of Landmark Investments and found him to be a charming, unassuming man, particularly when he gave us a very unbiased information of the banking and loan process, which was very much appreciated.
Overall the completeness of the package offered including a financial plan, legal services, tax assistance, budgeting assistance and rental guarantee, combined with the face to face service and friendliness of all staff of Landmark Investments as well as their associates – have given us great peace of mind with our first investment property.
